FRIENDS OF ARCHBISHOPS PARK

Who Are We?

Archbishops Park is one of the green gems of North Lambeth, a place for parents to play with their kids in the new playground, have a game of cricket or football with friends or just admire the beautiful flowers. Originally part of the Lambeth Palace gardens, it was created as a public park in the early 1900s. FOAP supports the needs of park users by ensuring that ideas are reflected in the development of this historic space. With a dedicated committee of 10 local residents, we meet to discuss a variety of issues affecting the Park from local planning to improving sports facilities to creating new gardens and providing seating.
