Waterloo is a fantastic neighbourhood full of events and places for families to go and have fun. WPCN was set up by local parents for local parents. We want you to take advantage of all the wonderful things you are now entitled to since becoming a parent.

:: THE WPCN PROVIDES ::

	A free bi-monthly newsletter sent out to members with a day by day What’s On guide to the Waterloo area, including special events and places for families to go and have fun, particularly focused on the under 5's.
	Local peer support Baby and You Group for parents with babies from 0 -18 months at The Community Room, Buffer Bear Nursery every Tuesdays 1.30 – 3pm term time only.
	Distribution of the WPCN 'Your Waterloo' Parent Pack at local baby clinics. The packs include local information for first time parents including information from the NCT, King's Oral Health, Coin Street Family and Children's Centre and the Southbank Centre.
	Cinema- and Theatre-Tastic special interest clubs give local parents a chance to experience great films and plays at local Southbank providers for free with their families.
	We also aim to encourage closer co-operation between Southbank providers, identifying areas where provision can be improved and ensure our members are consulted on all relevant major redevelopments in the area.
	Quarterly Parent Meet-Ups for members where you can have your say about the things that matter to you. The parents involved in the network help to shape future services in Waterloo by giving feedback, comments, suggestions and ideas. It is also a great way to meet other parents and to find out what is happening in the area.

We are a unique local parent led network with a wealth of information and advice. We hope that you will join us at a parents meet up, to meet and contribute ideas. All parents and carers who live in the Waterloo area or who access services in the area can join the WPCN.
